Rain eases in Aragon, but cold remains: temperatures as low as 2 degrees in these areas

After two rainy days, the rain is easing and sunshine will begin to break through across much of the region from today. However, autumnal weather will persist over the coming days, with cool mornings and temperatures that, despite a slight recovery, will remain around 20 degrees during the central hours of the day. This is according to the forecast from the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), which points to a more stable week after Storm DANA Adam passed through.

According to data from the Daily Mortality Monitoring System (MoMo), the episode was also reflected in mortality figures, with an estimated 235 temperature-attributable deaths between June and September. July had the greatest impact, with 109 estimated deaths.
