How long will the rain and cold last in Aragon? AEMET says

Storm DANA Adam is already causing damage in Spain, particularly in the Valencian Community, the Balearic Islands and Catalonia, where AEMET activated its highest-level alerts over the weekend. Aragon has also been affected, though to a much lesser extent, by rain, falling temperatures and unsettled weather, conditions that will continue today in the region’s three provincial capitals.

Cloudy skies and rainfall will be the main features this Monday, while temperatures will fall to highs of 16 degrees in Zaragoza, 14 in Huesca and 15 in Teruel. Lows will also be cold, ranging between 6 and 10 degrees. As for tomorrow’s weather, AEMET has warned that the unsettled conditions and rain will gradually disappear both in Aragon and the rest of Spain.

Only light showers are expected in Teruel and Huesca during the early hours of the day. After that, skies will be clear and sunny in all three provincial capitals. Temperatures will rise slightly, although they will still be lower than in previous days. Highs will reach 20 degrees in Zaragoza and Teruel and 18 in Huesca, while lows will range between 6 and 9 degrees.

For now, the week will pass without rain and with clear skies, at least until Sunday, according to AEMET’s forecast as of today. Temperatures will remain largely unchanged, ranging between 18 and 23 degrees in Zaragoza, 17 and 19 degrees in Huesca, and 18 and 20 degrees in Teruel. The week will end with lows of 14 degrees in Zaragoza, compared with a range of 8 to 11 degrees during the week, 11 in Huesca and 7 in Teruel.

Teruel will record the coldest, almost wintry lows during these days, ranging between 3 and 5 degrees.
