University of Zaragoza Still Has Places in These 13 Degrees: 12 Have a Cutoff Score of 5

There are still options for students who want to pursue a degree at the University of Zaragoza in the 2026-2027 academic year but have not secured a place yet. Once the admissions process has been completed, the institution has vacancies in 13 degree programs across Zaragoza, Huesca, Teruel and La Almunia de Doña Godina, according to the list updated on September 22.
University of Zaragoza Still Has Places in These 13 Degrees: 12 Have a Cutoff Score of 5

The figure is particularly striking when the vacancies are compared with the latest cutoff scores at the University of Zaragoza. Of the 13 degrees that still have places available, 12 have a minimum admission score of 5 in the general quota. The only exception is Labour Relations and Human Resources in Zaragoza, whose score stands at 6.126.

FIVE DEGREES WITH PLACES AVAILABLE IN ZARAGOZA

In the Aragonese capital, places are still available in Geology, History, Art History, Social Work and Tourism, all with a minimum admission score of 5. Labour Relations and Human Resources is also available and is the only one of the degree programs with vacancies to have a higher score, at 6.126.

Specifically, Geology is offered by the Faculty of Sciences; History and Art History are taught at the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts; Social Work and Labour Relations and Human Resources belong to the Faculty of Social and Labour Sciences; and Tourism is offered at the School of Tourism, an institution affiliated with the university.

HUESCA, TERUEL AND LA ALMUNIA ALSO HAVE PLACES AVAILABLE

There are three options remaining in Huesca: Business Administration and Management, Public Management and Administration in on-campus format, and Environmental Sciences. All three have a minimum admission score of 5 in the data corresponding to the September admission rounds.

In Teruel, places are still available in Business Administration and Management and Fine Arts, both also with a score of 5. Meanwhile, the Polytechnic University School of La Almunia de Doña Godina has vacancies in Civil Engineering and Data Engineering in Industrial Processes, likewise with a minimum score of 5.

Thus, the list consists of 12 degrees with a cutoff score of 5 and one with a score of 6.126. This contrasts with the University of Zaragoza's most sought-after degree programs, where minimum scores continue to exceed 12 by a wide margin in fields such as Medicine and some dual degrees.

HOW TO APPLY FOR ONE OF THE VACANT PLACES

Those interested still have time to apply. The University of Zaragoza states that places remaining after enrollment for the final admission round has concluded may be filled until October 30, 2026. To apply for one of them, candidates must meet the admission requirements and contact the secretariat of the center offering the degree directly.

Moreover, this is not a new general allocation process like those held during the summer. The university stipulates that applications for these vacancies will be considered in the order in which they are submitted. The list of available degrees will be updated as places are filled or new vacancies arise.
