On Saturday, October 3, Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park will host several educational activities both in the Ordesa meadow and the Pineta Valley. That same day, the Chiprana Salt Lakes Managed Nature Reserve will organize a guided itinerary through this natural area titled "A Morning Among Birds at the Chiprana Salt Lakes."

SUNDAY OF BIRD-RINGING AND WORKSHOPS

The activities will continue on Sunday, October 4, with events distributed across Aragón’s three provinces. In Teruel, the Rodeno Pine Forests Protected Landscape will host its regular scientific bird-ringing day for passerine birds. In Zaragoza, the Sotos and Galachos of the Ebro Managed Nature Reserve will hold another bird-ringing activity, while Moncayo Natural Park will offer a family workshop focused on learning more about the birds that inhabit the area.

In Huesca, the Ansó Interpretation Center, located in the Western Valleys Natural Park, will hold an introductory ornithology workshop. Meanwhile, the Benasque Interpretation Center, in Posets-Maladeta Natural Park, will organize a guided tour with several explanatory stops. The program will conclude in the Sierra and Guara Canyons Natural Park with the activity Guara from a Bird’s-Eye View.

BIRDWATCHING IN SARIÑENA AND ORDESA

The Sariñena Lagoon will also join the celebration with the activity "The Birds of the Lagoon," a route designed to observe the species found in this unique wetland and included in its autumn program.

For its part, Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park will close the weekend agenda with new interpretive activities in the Ordesa meadow and the Pineta Valley, as well as the activity The Bearded Vulture’s Mountains, which will take place along the Revilla viewpoints trail.
