The Ebro River Basin Authority (CHE) warned on Monday of possible flash floods in ravines and minor waterways due to intense rain forecast for September 28. The warning particularly affects the central sector and far northwest of the Ebro basin, coinciding with the yellow alerts issued by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet).
