The Aragon Employment Institute (INAEM) presented INAEMFOR this Friday, a new digital tool designed to simplify and modernize employment training management in Aragon.

The new platform aims to unify procedures currently carried out through different applications, reduce repetitive administrative tasks and make information easier to access. The session presented the first features now available, as well as the new tools that centers will gradually need to incorporate into their daily operations. The presentation took place at INAEM’s Center for Advanced Technologies during an event attended by nearly 300 representatives of collaborating centers.

GRADUAL ROLLOUT TO FACILITATE PROCEDURES

INAEMFOR will be deployed in phases and will cover different areas of training, from program planning and course management to monitoring students and teachers. It will also include work placements, scholarships and grants, financial reporting and the evaluation of results, with the aim of improving coordination between centers and the Administration.

INAEM Managing Director Agustín García Inda stressed that the project goes beyond introducing a new application. "We want to reduce administrative burdens, make the work of our professionals and collaborating centers easier, and have more comprehensive and reliable information so we can provide a better service," he said. The project has been developed with the participation of various units within the organization and representatives of training centers.

SUPPORT FOR CENTERS AND IMPROVEMENTS FOR CITIZENS

Belén Larraz, head of INAEM’s Training Service, explained that the technological transition will be gradual and will include training and support for collaborating organizations. "Each new feature will be accompanied by the sessions, guidance and resources necessary for all organizations to adopt it with confidence," she said during the event.

The modernization is also intended to benefit citizens, who in the medium term will have access to clearer procedures, faster assistance and a simpler relationship with the Administration. The event concluded with a question-and-answer session and the presentation of INAEMFOR’s rollout schedule, which will add new features as deployment progresses.
