The institution currently has 5,371 employees and an average length of service of 21 years. In addition, 43% of its workforce has been with Ibercaja for more than 25 years, a figure the bank considers a reflection of job stability, a sense of belonging and the experience accumulated by its teams.
MORE THAN TWO DECADES OF SERVICE AT IBERCAJA
During the ceremony, Ibercaja CEO Víctor Iglesias emphasized that reaching 25 or 40 years at the institution means more than simply remembering time spent working there. “Celebrating 25 or 40 years at Ibercaja is not only about looking back at the path we have traveled; it is also about sharing a culture and a sense of belonging that is passed from one generation to the next,” he said.
For his part, José Ignacio Oto, director of the People Area, thanked these professionals for their contribution and highlighted their role in transmitting the institution’s culture. “Values are learned through example, and you are an example of service, a common goal, continuous improvement, pride in belonging and a commitment to society,” he said.
